1. What we collect

Account data (name, email, profile photo), the resume content you create or upload, and basic usage analytics. Payment details for paid plans are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.

2. How we use it

To provide the service: storing your resumes, generating AI suggestions, and improving the product. Resume text is sent to AI providers (Google Gemini) only to power the features you actively use, and is not used to train their models per their API terms.

3. What we never do

We never sell your personal data. We never share your resumes with employers, recruiters, or other users without your explicit action.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore) with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to your authenticated account.

5. Your rights

You can export your resumes at any time (PDF, DOCX, TXT, JSON) and delete them permanently from your dashboard. To delete your entire account and its data, contact support@caroura.com.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie strictly for authentication. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
